Ingredientes
– 1 litro de sorvete de chocolate;
– ½ embalagem de Biscoito Adria Plugados Leitechok, picados grosseiramente (75 g).
Modo de preparo
Retire o sorvete do freezer e deixe descongelar em temperatura ambiente por 5 minutos. Mexa com uma colher para que a massa fique mais maleável e transfira para uma tigela maior. Junte os biscoitos e misture bem.
Preencha 12 formas próprias para picolés, com cuidado para não transbordar, e encaixe os palitos. Leve ao freezer e deixe por no mínimo 4 horas antes de servir.
Dica: se não tiver as formas próprias para picolé, você pode preparar a receita utilizando copinhos descartáveis para água ou até mesmo montar em uma forma para bolo inglês e servir em fatias.
