São mais de 90 praias em Paraty. Antigos e Antiguinhos são duas joias da região, e valem o esforço para chegar até elas – não entram carros e o acesso é por barco desde Laranjeiras, ou por trilha, a partir da Praia do Sono (como mostra o mapa abaixo).
O visual é esplendoroso: as duas enseadas são cercadas por montanhas cobertas por mata atlântica, a areia é clara e fofa e as águas mornas e cristalinas, com boas ondas para surfar. Destaque também para os pequenos riachos de água doce em Antiguinhos, ideal para tirar o sal do corpo.
Em tempo: as praias ficam em uma área de preservação, portanto não é permitido acampar ou fazer fogueiras.
