Tempo de Preparo: 50 minutos

Ingredientes
> 2 maçãs sem casca picadas
> 1 banana nanica madura
> 2 ovos
> 1 xícara (chá) de aveia flocos finos
> ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
> 1 colher (sopa) de canela em pó
> 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
> 1 maçã com casca em fatias finas (para decorar)
> 1 colher (chá) de canela em pó (para decorar)

Modo de preparo

Em um liquidificador, bata as maçãs, a banana e os ovos. Em um recipiente, despeje a massa e acrescente o restante dos ingredientes. Misture até ficar homogêneo. Em uma forma quadrada (21 x 21 cm), untada com óleo e polvilhada com farinha de trigo, despeje a massa e decore com as fatias de maçãs. Leve para assar em forno médio (180°C), preaquecido, por cerca de 30 minutos. Polvilhe a canela e sirva.
