Aguardar a chegada de um novo bebê muda completamente a rotina da futura mamãe. Uma dessas mudanças é adotar novos cuidados com as mamas durante o pré-natal para evitar desconfortos durante a amamentação.
De acordo com a ginecologista e obstetra Erica Mantelli, para diminuir as rachaduras é indicado que a mãe tome sol por cerca de 15 minutos (antes das 10h da manhã ou após às 16h).
“É importante que, durante a gravidez e a amamentação, a mulher não utilize loção hidratante nas mamas. A hidratação deixa a pele mais fina, mais suscetível às rachaduras e aos machucados. Por isso, a área dos mamilos e das aréolas deve ser evitada”, afirma.
