Para isso, use escovas com cerdas ultramacias e nada de movimentos agressivos durante a escovação. Evite refrigerantes, as frutas cítricas (como abacaxi e laranja), vinagre e vinhos.
“Depois de comer, espere uns 30 minutos para começar a escovação. Isso porque os ácidos podem reagir com o creme dental e provocar o aumento da sensibilidade dos dentes”, ensina Hernandes.
